だ名もある。
Amazonやe-onkyoでも売切れだ。
一度大量入荷されたとの話も聞いたが、俺が見に行ったときには売切れだ。
実は最初は、買うつもりじゃなかった。少なくとも、もう少し後にしようと思って
いた。
が、売り切れと聞くと欲しくなるのは人間の本能である。
静岡のDOSパラに入荷したと聞いて買っちまった。
カードの装着は、拍子抜けするぐらいあっさりと成功した。ドライバのインストー
ルも、マニュアルの通りでまったく問題はない。
肝心の音だけれど、もともと使っていたのが前機種のSE-80PCIで、それと比べて天
と地ほども違うとか、月とスッポンほど違うとか、正直そこまでではないような、気
がする。SE-80PCIだって「上級」サウンドカードだったのだから、そこまで違っても
困る。
それでも、同じmp3を聞いても一つ一つの音がよりくっきりと聞こえるような気が
する。今まで聞こえなかった音も、聞こえるような気もする。
何枚かのアルバムを、聞き直した。際だった音で、それぞれに新しい発見をして、喜んでいる。
それだけでも、買って良かったと思う。
